OLIVE MILLING
We have been producing extra virgin olive oil since 2012, with the acquisition of a well-established and highly regarded olive milling plant that has been in operation since 1990. This plant is known for its superior quality oil and experienced team.
After acquiring the plant, we made several improvements, including investments in environmentally friendly manufacturing practices and capacity expansions. T
oday, we have a leading processing capacity in the Marmara Region, with a milling capacity of 500 tons per day, and produce extra virgin, pure, and lampante olive oils. Our milling process includes cleaning, grinding, and separation, with the use of state of art technology.
OLIVE POMACE PROCESSING
Olive mill waste water and pomace are by-products of olive oil production plants and can create environmental problems if not properly utilized. Since 2016, we have been processing 1200 metric tons of olive pomaces per day in our state-of-the-art facilities, serving the regional olive milling industry with a high level of environmental responsibility in compliance with government regulations.
During wastewater treatment, the residual olive pomace oil is recovered as a food ingredient and the olive pits are recovered as biofuel. Olive Pomace Oil is not just a unique food product, but also contributes to a circular economy and makes the olive pomace industry environmentally friendly.

Our flagship milling site, is located at the center of olive growing villages near Balabancık village of Mudanya, Bursa, Turkey and has been in operation since 1990. It is the biggest olive oil manufacturer in the Bursa region, producing high-quality extra virgin, pure, and lampante olive oils.

Akdere Plant in Yenisehir, Bursa, Turkey was established in 2016 and specializes in waste water treatment applications. With modern technology, we are able to produce valuable products from the pomace, making the entire olive production chain sustainable.

Maximizing the use of Olive Pomace
By efficiently processing olive pomace, the majority is evaporated, while the remaining is utilized in valuable food and energy applications.
Food uses; a small portion of the pomace is refined into Olive Pomace Oil.
With the help of cutting-edge technology, we can produce vegetable oils suitable for frying, and clean bio fuels that do not contain sulfur. This ensures that the pomace processing results in a sustainable and waste-free production.
Energy uses; the rest of the pomace is converted into biomass, primarily pomace and olive pits, which serve as an internal energy source and are also commercialized.
