Saim Bolaca, born in Yenişehir, Bursa in 1959, has made a lasting impact on the agribusiness industry. After completing his primary and secondary education in Yenişehir, he went on to make his first industrial investment in the production of wheat flour in 1984, which laid the foundation for the Bolaca.

In addition to his role at the Bolaca, he has made numerous investments and contributions towards the development of the agriculture-based industry in the region. He has been a member of the Yenişehir Trade Exchange Council for more than 20 years.

He is the CEO of Bolaca, a company that has evolved from a flour mill to a multinational agribusiness firm with operations in Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

Emrah’s dedication to developing his leadership skills and staying ahead of industry trends has been evident throughout his career. He has completed Executive Education programs at London Business School and Harvard Business School, where he has honed his leadership skills and learned about the latest trends and challenges in agribusiness.
